With the use of state-of-the-art laser technologies we offer treatments to correct a variety of skin conditions resulting from age, sun damage, trauma and inflammatory conditions (such as acne). IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)

This photo-rejuvenation is a full facial treatment which helps skin to take on a smoother and more even appearance. IPL is safe for the first 4 of the 6 different skin types. These include I (very fair, always burns, cannot tan) to IV (olive, rarely burns, always tans). This treatment has downtime that is less than 24 hours.

Fractional CO2 (Non-surgical Face Lift)

CO2 laser skin resurfacing is a proven way to help reduce wrinkles, age spots, acne scars, stretch marks and other blemishes. It can also tighten skin, balance skin texture and tone. CO2 lasers are generally ablative or “wound generating” lasers used to treat deeper skin flaws by removing a thin layer of skin while stimulating collagen production. Fractional lasers break up the laser energy into thousands of tiny beams to treat only a fraction of the skin in the area. This reduces downtime, however a 5-day recovery is necessary. Fractional CO2 laser is safe for the first 4 of the 6 skin types: I (very fair, always burns, cannot tan) to IV (olive, rarely burns, always tans). This is the gold standard laser therapy for skin resurfacing. Results can last for up to 4 years.

SpectraTM Carbon Laser Peel (Hollywood Facial)

SpectraTM is a revolutionary skin rejuvenation treatment. It is gentle and also safe for most skin types and produces results with little to no downtime. The SpectraTM Peel evens skin tone, reduces pigmentation, diminishes enlarged pores, reduces acne, improves textural irregularities and stimulates collagen production. The SpectraTM Laser treatment is also FDA approved to treat melasma.

SpectraTM Q-switched Yag Laser (Tattoo Removal)

The Q-switched laser is state of the art for tattoo removal and the treatment of pigmented lesions such as freckles, nevi and seborrheic keratosis. Several passes of the laser causes vaporization of the carbon located inside the ink of the tattoo as well as an extremely superficial layer of the skin. This is the gold standard for tattoo removal and it is safe for all skin types: I (very fair, always burns, cannot tan) to VI (black, never burns, always tans).

PlexR® (Non-surgical Eye Lift)

PlexR® is the newest plasma technology in Canada. This device allows for a non-invasive bloodless non-surgical procedure with minimal downtime that treats small problem areas. We use it commonly to treat wrinkles in front of the ear and upper lip smokers lines, seborrheic warts, lower/upper eyelid lifts (blepharoplasty) and bellybutton lifts. It can also be used to decrease the size of labia (labioplasty), as well as treat keloid scars, stretch marks and minimize surgical and traumatic skin scars. PlexR® has a 5-7 day downtime and achieves the closest cosmetic result of blepharoplasty without surgical means.

Laser Hair Removal

Laser hair removal is the most popular cosmetic procedure for both men and women alike and is now safe, fast, and effective for tanned and dark skin types. Laser hair removal targets the entire hair structure, from the hair shaft down to the follicle. Results are comfortably achieved with the 1064 Nd Yag laser for skin types 4-6 and with the Alexandrite laser for skin types 1-3. Both are available in the clinic and there is no downtime associated with this treatment.
