Our Team
Together, we at Porter Health can look after all your medical needs.
Dr. Porter promotes and teaches the principles of healthy living. Her primary area of specialization is in anti-aging medicine, including peri-menopause, menopause and andropause. She continues her education with the Age Management Medicine Group (AMMG) and A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine), the North American leaders in this field. She also specializes in parenteral (IV) therapy & environmental medicine, and is a licensed member of ACAM (American College for Advancement in Medicine). She has extensive knowledge of thyroid conditions and is a registered physician for the treatment of Wilson’s Temperature Syndrome.
Dr. Porter creates individualized treatment protocols for all her patients and employs government-approved naturopathic modalities. She is also active in advancing the field of naturopathic medicine and helps lobby for greater prescription rights, particularly with bio-identical hormones and injectables. Dr. Porter owns and runs her multidisciplinary private practice in Toronto where she specializes in men’s & women’s anti-aging, IV/injection therapy and fertility related issues. The clinic seamlessly combines the fields of naturopathic and allopathic medicine in order to provide optimum care for patients.

Before starting her university studies, Dr. Lianna was a National Junior Competitive Figure Skater. It was during her figure skating that she became fascinated with movement and body mechanics and began to coach intermediate level figure skaters. After obtaining her degree in Kinesiology, Dr. Bahry instructed individuals in creating exercise programs focused on Functional Strength Training and mind-body awareness. Dr. Lianna utilizes a holistic approach in her chiropractic treatment. She focuses her treatment on full-body functional restoration, and not simply treating symptoms of pain and discomfort.
Dr. Bahry’s expertise in biomechanics and the neuromuscular system has allowed her to successfully care for patients of all ages with a wide variety of conditions. Dr. Lianna implements individualized patient-centered care and strives to educate and empower her patients in achieving their personal health goals. She does this by combining hands-on chiropractic adjustments/mobilizations, soft-tissue A.R.T (Active Release Techniques), therapeutic and cosmetic acupuncture, functional stretching and strengthening exercises. She is a mother herself, and as such has a special interest in working with children and prenatal/postnatal patients.

Dr. Howard has a particular interest in helping her patients cultivate wellness through addressing hormones, nutrition, digestion, pain management, and mental/emotional health. She offers individualized lifestyle counseling, evidence-based botanical recommendations, and acupuncture to address her patient’s concerns. She is pursuing continuing medical education in the areas of dermatology, pharmacotherapy, and intravenous infusion therapy, which will grant her expanded prescribing rights and parenteral/injectable offerings early next year.
When Angela is not working as an RMT, she is an Educational Assistant for visually impaired massage therapy students at Centennial College. She also serves as a volunteer for oral and practical exams at the College. As a result of her Academic Appointment she is an expert in human anatomy and musculoskeletal biomechanics and associated disorders. Her extensive training allows her to be proficient in sub-specialized treatments of TMJ (temporomandibular joint) dysfunction with the application of intra-oral therapy, as well as scar remodeling by post-surgical frictioning, myofascial release techniques and trigger point therapy.
In January 2012 Angela added a new modality into her massage therapy practice. Energy within the body has always fascinated her, so she decided to get certified for Reiki level 1. Reiki is an alternative touch therapy believed to be founded in Tibet and later introduced in Japan. It is a form of meditation that is used to treat physical and mental ailments. In English reiki means universal life energy. The practitioner uses light touch to channel energy to the recipient. Reiki works on a physical, mental, and emotional level by restoring the lost balance between mind, body and spirit. She actively incorporates techniques learned from reiki into her massage therapy practice.
Her training in both Canada and Iran gives her a scientific edge in understanding and performing cosmetic procedures with a wide array of skin types.
Paris’s key roles at Porter Health include performing laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation procedures (IPL - intense pulsed light), micro-needling, spider vein removal and other anti-aging treatments.
She also has a keen interest in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, body contouring procedures (RF - radio frequency) and acne treatments.
Paris continues to upgrade her skills and knowledge and takes great pleasure in building relationships with her clients.
